At Salon Chrysalis we understand that things come up. Unfortunately, absorbing the cost of no-shows & last-minute cancellations isn't sustainable for a small business.

To avoid any fees, we require at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a charge of $50 or 50% of the cost of the service booked - whichever is greater.

LATE GUESTS: We ask that you please come on time for your appointment. We know things happen, & can usually accommodate a client being up to 10 minutes late (though it may result in the service being shortened by not being fully styled after. We cannot accommodate a client being late for short appointments like bang trims or facial waxing due to the amount of time they are booked for. If you are going to be a few minutes late to your appointment & are able to let us know via call or text, that is greatly appreciated (but only if you can do so safely!).

If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, your appointment will be canceled & the cancellation fee will apply.

SICKNESS: The cancellation policy is waived for sickness. If clients start to experience any sickness symptoms the morning of their appointment, we require that they reschedule. Again, as much notice as possible is greatly appreciated.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: The cancellation policy is waived for inclement weather, your safety is top priority. As much notice as possible is still greatly appreciated. If we decide to not open/close early due to weather, we will always reach out to clients to give as much notice as possible.
